男，1974年9月生，籍贯安徽，博士，研究员，博士生导师，百人计划，浦江学者，国际大地测量协会(IAG)会士。1999年获武汉大学工学学士，2003年获中国科学院理学博士。2004年至今，先后在澳大利亚新南威尔士大学访问学者、韩国天文与空间科学研究院博士后和高级研究员、韩国科学技术大学教授、美国Texas大学空间研究中心(CSR)研究员和中科院上海天文台研究员。
长期从事卫星导航与定位、卫星遥感与气候变化和空间行星测绘与动力学等。在国际著名杂志 JGR, EPSL, GJI, IEEE., J. Geodesy和国内《中国科学》等权威期刊以第一作者发表70余篇学术论文、专著/书章节10余篇和会议报告/论文100余篇，其中SCI检索近40余篇，EI检索近10余篇，被国际SCI期刊引用180余次(包括Nature)和国外出版的GNSS方面专著（教科书）引述。主持和合作主持澳大利亚研究委员会(ARC)、韩国科技部和中国国家自然科学基金、中科院重要方向与省部级项目等多项。
国际大地测量协会(IAG)分委员会主席(2011-2015)和研究组4.1.主席(2007-2011)，国际杂志 Int. J. Geosci.主编(2010-)，J. Geod. Sci. 编辑(2010-)，J. Positioning 编辑(2010-)，J. Geogr. Info. Sys.编辑(2010-)，Adv. Space Res. 客座执行编辑(2009-2011)和国际杂志JGR, GRL, EPSL, GJI, IEEE, JoG, Nature 等审稿人，多次担任国际会议或分会(AGU, EGU, IAG, IEEE, AOGS...) 召集人/主席、特邀报告和科学委员会委员。获韩国天文与空间科学研究院特别奖(2006)、中科院百人计划(2010)、国际大地测量协会(IAG)会士(Fellow) (2011) 和上海市浦江人才计划(2011)。
