Resume:

Prof. Dr. Junping Chen is the leading scientist of the group. He obtains Ph. D. degree from Tongji University in 2007 with dissertation focusing on the precise orbit determination of LEOs. From January 2006 to April 2011, he works at the Deutsches GeoForschungsZentrum GFZ in Potsdam as research scientist. From Jan. 2006 till June 2007 he is responsible for the data analysis of the South America Geodynamic Activities (SAGA) GPS network. He works for the real-time GNSS project (G-SEIS) since July 2007 till April 2011, where his responsibility are the development of the EPOS-RT software and the routine service of the real-time GNSS analysis center at the GFZ. Dr. Chen is the leader of the GNSS data analysis group at SHAO since May 2011, and he is supported by the “one hundred talents”program of the Chinese Sciences of Academy. Currently he is a member of the China National Committee for IAG and an associate member of the IGS.
